Stillness.


I love Ayurveda. It just makes sense to me, these teachings from thousands of years ago bring so much light and awareness to my life. One of Ayurveda’s teachings is to be still and do less. That you actually accomplish more in the non-doing than going and going. I am a goer and a doer. I tend to push myself to points of exhaustion as I try to meet my never ending to do list. This practice of not going and just being is one I continue to work with. Mindfulness and coaching around stillness is a part of my consultations.
